When we run, we won't look back. ..

The loveliest of lovelies, Angela, has tagged me with the Show your Heart tag.
Show your heart with:

1 photo
1 poem
1 song or piece of music
1 phrase of quote
1 item of clothing
1 place
(and for fun) 1 Disney princess!

One photo

The Secret Garden means the world to me.
And they're world becomes my escape.
One poem

Fine vapors escape from whatever is doing the living.
The night is cold and delicate and full of angels
Pounding down the living. The factories are all lit up,
The chime goes unheard.
We are together at last, though far apart.

-from "The Ecclesiast" by John Ashbery

One song

And all the stars were crashing 'round
As I laid eyes on what I'd found
My crane wife, my crane wife
My crane wife, my crane wife

Now I helped her
And I dressed her wounds
And how I held her
Beneath the rising moon
And she stood to fly
And she stood to fly away
And she stood to fly
She stood to fly away

-from "The Crane Wife 1 and 2" by The Decemberists

One phrase or quote

.. .You're the right person on the wrong side of my day. ..

One item of clothing

My skeleton key necklace. It likes to tell stories.

One place

17 Bleecker. It doesn't exist anymore, but it was the one place I could go to and know without thinking that I'd be welcomed by awaiting friends.

One Disney Princess

Belle, from Beauty and the Beast.

This is an old tag, so I will just send it out
to the cosmic abyss to anyone who would like to do it.
Last but not least, I'm posting some new photos I shot yesterday in studio.
I've been busy working on a Hidden Identity Series, and these are the latest additions.
Hope you are all well, darlings!

I'm leaving you a comment from what's supposed to be 5th hour computer class. I always miss classes so I can read through your blogs. Love the pictures, always do.

Wonderful!
The Secret Garden is also very special to me. I don't think I've ever watched a movie as much as this one (Except maybe The Muppet's Christmas Carol...silly I know :) )
And I love the book just as much. Just thinking about it brings me some kind of serenity.

Also, I love love your photos. the last one is especially striking to me.

have a great day!
