l'hiver

I'm getting anxious for Christmas.
It's finally getting cold in New York.
So I have started celebrating by making a new header
and drinking lots of hot chocolate with my friends..
*Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.*

I think the massive drop in temperature has caused Christmasitis to come early this year. All I want is my tree already!

Hi!
I just discovered you blog and think it is oh so so lovely. I really can't wait for snow to come my way in Montreal. At least it is getting colder and I still find delight in seeing my breath in the air.
I hope you do not mind if I add you to my blog roll.

thank you for all the nice pictures and have a wonderful day!
